Recently, the war on terror seems to be forgotten. Like that old saying goes, there's been a lot of water under the bridge since the September 11 attacks: far too much to think about.

Most likely, these words and the relevant fatwa look like a ghost of the past. However, the message from
Jihad Al-Kuffar is a dire warning: the threat is there, serious and tangible!
Of course, this opinion is disputable and, nowadays, many people are inclined to believe that it is deadly wrong. Nonetheless, it does not seem to be based on unsubstantiated assumptions. After all, the Islamic State has not been completely dismantled, yet.
In the meantime, radical militants continue to flourish in the remote region of Waziristan, Pakistan, which still seems to be a safe haven for al-Qaeda fighters, while the Taliban are in full control of Afghanistan: right now, the mainstream media tend to (quietly) raise awareness of the horrible conditions of women and girls, but it would be surprising if a terrorist organization had suddenly become a humanitarian company... and don't forget Iran, the leader of the major sponsors of international terrorism!

Unfortunately, we live in a world hit by poverty and faminein a world where misery and starvation have recently been increased by policies fueled by aggressive rhetoric and tyrannical censorship, under the banner of the jihad or (if you prefer) the crusade against a virus.
Therefore, humanitarian concerns cannot be ignored: there are many reasons to understand that violence and terrorist groups are necessarily endemic in specific parts of the world. Yet, it seems wise to believe that we should never lower our guard and create an atmosphere that encourages insane militants to launch a full-scale attack... or it may be too late!

Now, even though the fatwa that was mentioned above is usually considered a sort of medieval manuscript written on an old parchment, you might be interested in going back (at least for a short while!) to the time of the constructive friendship between Mullah Omar and Osama bin Laden. If this is the case, maybe you have a few minutes to take a look at our video clip...
